I had been suffering from back problems for several years off and on. I started weight training as a young teenager and and became a plumber at 20. By my thirties my back was wrecked. I called Rick Binder to see about getting into better shape and to try to get my pain under control. He sent me to a recommended a Doctor  who treated me for my pain and then to another trusted Doctor for my chiropractic adjustments until I was ready to start my physical training and beyond. Rick worked with both doctors to come up with a fitness routine which works for me by keeping me out of pain, aside from muscle soreness, and has helped me lose weight and waist size. Plus Rick is very affordable and always very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Rick and the help of other Health professionals in his network I'm feeling better and my health is improving and I'm pain free!

I’ve worked out with many trainers. Lately I’ve been working just one day per week with Rick . I added my day with him to what I’d already been doing (Pilates and TRX). In just 4 weeks my body fat has noticeably dropped and my abs are becoming clearly visible. It’s a goal I’ve been working towards since September.
