About Rick Binder
Spending over a decade in martial arts, I’ve been involved in fitness and competitive athletics for most of my life. Throughout this time I’ve come to realize that we as individuals are infinitely more capable than we realize. We can accomplish anything we set our minds to do if given enough preparation. This is the inspiration for my fitness company – ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. It doesn’t matter our age, physical condition or limitations. The important thing is to begin and to stick with it…and to have fun doing it. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

Many of my clients just want to look and feel better and to live a healthier, more active lifestyle. My passion has been and will remain helping to maximize people’s true potential and to help them live happy, healthy, well-balanced lives.
Over time as we go through life we tend to develop muscle imbalances – either through past injuries, incomplete rehabilitation or simply our normal life and work patterns. Left untreated our bodies naturally compensate for this. Ultimately we develop what most of us simply accept as “normal aches and pains”. We continue to live our lives as if nothing is wrong, but in the end we leave ourselves much more susceptible to more severe forms of injury which negatively impact our lives – physically, emotionally and financially. This doesn’t have to be the case.
I help clients and athletes prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies, repair muscle imbalances and maximize results by identifying affected areas and then creating safe, custom-designed fitness techniques that restore the body’s natural positioning and correct these imbalances. The end result is that clients learn how to regain proper muscle balance and through that process they look better, feel better and perform better.
The goal of Corrective Exercise is injury prevention – identifying and correcting faulty movement patterns in order to avoid injury or further injury. It doesn’t focus on the symptoms of pain but rather is directed at fixing the cause of the pain. This is the primary reason for its success.
