I came to Rick looking to re-learn other ways to work out without getting injured. I highly endorse Rick for his knowledge in corrective exercise and interest in his client’s health. He evaluates your abilities based on your pain and injuries and develops an exercise plan that’s customized for the client. Not only did he help heal my tricep/shoulder injury, he also strengthened the muscles around them so that my range of motion and strength was improved, and better than before.
